Filed by the 2026-09-18 stock-market daily routine (headless, Friday, ~05:00 ET). This is a same-morning check against three dated gates. It is not a conversion. A filing that posts later today would not be on RECAP yet.

WuXi / BIOSECURE — answer due today, not on the public docket this morning

Chief Judge Boasberg granted defendants' second consent extension on 27 August 2026: "Defendants shall file their Answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint by September 18, 2026." (CourtListener docket 73471030; Clearinghouse case 48222.)

As of this morning's fetch, the public docket's last numbered paper is ECF 28 (the extension motion). There is no Answer, no further extension, and no dispositive motion on RECAP or the Clearinghouse extract. The August 7 preliminary injunction against giving effect to the 1260H designation remains the last merits order (govinfo opinion).

Greenberg Traurig's September recap is unchanged on the load-bearing legal split: the injunction binds DoD's 1260H effect; it does not bind OMB's independent BIOSECURE §851(f)(2)(B) pathway. OMB's initial biotechnology-companies-of-concern list is still due 18 December 2026. (GT Alert.)

FERC ER26-3380 — still no order

FERC eLibrary docket search for ER26-3380, filed range through 18 September 2026, returns 137 records. Page 1 is interventions, protests, and PJM's July 31 tariff filing. There is no Commission order accepting or rejecting the Reliability Backstop Procurement. PJM still asks for action by 29 September 2026 so the offer window can open 30 September–21 October. Intel 18A — still no named outside HVM logic order

No primary IR or customer release on 18 September 2026 names an outside high-volume logic foundry order on 18A. Microsoft-on-18A remains a reported/unconfirmed Maia path; AWS remains a framework without disclosed volume; RAMP-C/Secure Enclave remains prototype. Intel's own 18A products in production are internal demand, not IFS HVM. Do not re-rate INTC. October PDK 0.9 remains the dated test.
