Do the August 2026 boards (ESPN ~8, 247 team ~11, 25 hard commits) hold through the early signing period, or do decommits / flips move the class the way the 2026 board almost did after Napier’s firing?
Why it matters
The 2026 cycle’s main recruiting fact in the seed source is retention through a coaching change. The 2027 class is still open; rank and commit-count already disagree by service and date.
